Project Snapshot
Project Type: Hotel
Precinct: Airport Central
Status: In Design
Target Completion: 2027
Partners: Accor (Operator), DKO Architecture
Project Overview
Skyfields has partnered with Australia’s largest hotel operator, Accor, to develop the first hotel on the Airport Estate.
Offering on-site accommodation for business, leisure and transit travellers, the eight-storey hotel will feature 240 rooms and suites, a rooftop restaurant and bar, lobby lounge café, gymnasium, sauna, meeting facilities and co-working spaces. Designed by DKO Architecture, the cutting-edge architecture and interiors will draw inspiration from Western Australia’s natural landscapes, creating a distinct sense of place at the gateway to the state.
Embodying a resort-style escape just steps from the terminals, the Pullman Perth Airport is set to make our first airport hotel a destination rather than a stopover.
